Welcome to the online form for the quarterly declaration of your rental income in Spain. Every 3 months you will have to come back to this page to fill in the form truthfully, so that we can take care of the necessary declarations and payments for you with the Spanish tax authorities. We will send you an email to remind you, but please bookmark this page (www.sebleeson.com/M210TEN) in your web browser (Ctrl+D or Command+D for Apple users) and add it yourself in case our mail doesn’t arrive or you are on vacation or… We only have a short period for the calculation and filing of these taxes, so we ask for your cooperation so that everything can run smoothly and flawlessly.

Periods to complete and send this form to us:

  • 1 to 6 JANUARY for the rented period from October – November – December
  • 1 to 6 APRIL for the rented period from January – February – March
  • 1 to 6 JULY for the rented period from April – May – June
  • 1 to 6 OCTOBER for the rented period from July – August – September

Soon after receiving this form, we will send you an email with the total amount to be paid (this is the total of the tax due + our fees) on our client account:

If you have more than one property that you rent out, please let us know from which property you are making this declaration.
Total nights you have rented out the property in the last quarter.
This is the total amount you have recieved for letting the property for the last quarter. So if you rent out the property for 100€ a night, and it was rented out for 42 nights, you need to fill in 4,200€
This is the sum of all your tax deductible costs of the last quarter: WATER + ELECTRICITY + COMMUNITY FEES + RATES + SERVICES.
These are the costs for the betterment and improvement of the property that we can declare as a cost in this declaration and eventually in the future ones.
I declare in good faith that this form has been completed truthfully and that I have the necessary supporting documents, invoices and all possible documentation to substantiate and prove this statement in the event of an inspection by the competent services and government authorities. Seb Leeson Consulting SL does not keep any other data from you regarding this declaration (such as invoices or proof of costs for example). You must keep these YOURSELF, in case an audit should ever take place.
